Description A very unique disc of intense  carbon, can be used dry for drawing or with water soluble techniques that will allow for an unusual  expressive range of carbon shade.  Can even be used directly with a wet brush. Inspired by traditional Tailor’s pencil the Carbon is a block of compressed coal, prepared for drawing and painting. Carbon Black allows the artist to produce a wide range of shades of gray to deep transparent and opaque black.
