This kit allows the connection of a remote electrical Fuel Pressure Sending Unit (like the one provided with our AutoMeter Electric Fuel Pressure Gauges) or a remote under-hood mechanical fuel pressure gauge, to the Ford 6.0L Powerstroke Diesel. The provided adapter fitting installs in place of the plug in the fuel filter bowl and the hose allows the sending unit to be located off the engine (away from heat and vibration). The sending unit can also be located lower than the filter bowl (allowing any air bubbles to migrate back up to the filter so they don't affect the pressure reading). We typically route the hose and sending unit behind the airbox and battery tray near the drivers side of the engine compartment. Kit Features: • Filter Bowl Adapter Fitting • 30" Pre-Assembled S.S.
